I ordered my server on December 25th from QuickPacket.
They worked with me and had initially reserved the Core2Quad server that I'd requested specifically for me. Originally, I was to pay on the 27th, but having unexpectedly received my funds a little earlier, I surprised them with the payment.
Ordering was quick, simple and effective. Thereafter, much to my surprise as I spoke with them, the server was set up on the same day. (!) Normally, during holidays it wouldn't be set up.
But... again, I appreciated the quick, easy and understandable way that everything was set up and done.
So far, my dedicated server is running well, though I had a couple minor issues, both of them of my own making. (whoops!)
To be honest? I love QuickPacket and the way they handle themselves at this time.
Everything's smooth so far, and absolutely wonderful.
I will review them again in 2 months, then again at six months, and finally, 12 months. Then after that, it will be at six month intervals.
I am glad they're willing to work with me on the payments, despite having absolutely no idea if I would cut and run. (Not that I'm saying I will... but still, you can't be too careful these days, no?)
Much to my surprise, occasionally my support requests would go directly to them through AIM, though they've told me at one point that it should be through the ticket system.
All in all, I'd rate QuickPacket a 20. (if only.) But seriously though, it's wonderful. .

Combat Scripts
Recommended. I swapped to QuickPacket due to the amount of hits I was receiving on my site (Combat Scripts) was causing server crash on a Shared host.
They helped me with the change from the other host, they were quick about getting the server set up and Cpanel set up.
Price is great and the server is reliable and Haven't had any down time.
I would recommend trying it out.
