Our History
QuickPacket was founded in July 2003, and later organized as a Limited Liability Company in South Carolina in October 2004 and converted to a Limited Liability Company in North Carolina in January 2012. QuickPacket acquired shared hosting customers from HostLogix in August 2007, all of the assets of BlueShoreHost in March 2010, and the VPS customers of Obtrix in May 2010. QuickPacket is a privately owned and operated company with no long term debt. Our team is made up of industry veterans with years of experience in business and telecommunications. Despite our tremendous growth since opening, we remain a customer-focused service provider committed to providing our customers the highest levels of customer service and support. Data Center ATL1 - Atlanta, GA
Our commitment to deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers brought us to our home at 55 Marietta. 55 Marietta is a 390,000 square foot, twenty-one story building dedicated to telecommunications located in the heart of the Central Business District in Downtown Atlanta. 55 Marietta sits atop one of the nation's most wired telecom grids, which gives us convenient access to every major telecommunications provider in the country. Our data center locations are SAS 70 Certified. Our network is anchored by high quality networking products from Brocade, HP, and Cisco Systems. We have deployed a fully redundant network enabling the maximum uptime for our customers. We always maintain excess capacity with all of our transit and peering connections so that our customers have room to grow rapidly. We can also turn up additional connectivity within hours as needed to enable further growth due to our strategic location inside of 55 Marietta. In order to enter our data center, we use card readers and key pad access for the best security possible. We have security cameras recording 24/7, 365 days a year.
We deploy our dedicated servers, co-location, R1Soft data backup, Xen VPS, shared and reseller hosting out of our premium facilities in Atlanta, GA.
Data Center SJC1 - San Jose, CA
Our San Jose, CA data center is located in Market Post Tower, a 314,000 square foot, fifteen story building in Downtown San Jose. Market Post Tower is home to MAE-West, one of the major Internet exchange points on the West Coast. Our data center is SAS 70 Type II certified. In order to enter our data center, we use card readers and key pad access for the best security possible. We have security cameras recording 24/7, 365 days a year.
We offer Xen VPS services on premium servers in San Jose, CA.
I'm the owner of Socomupdates.com and I own a reseller account on QuickPacket. ( quickpacket.com ). I never had down time and they even helped me over over from another hosting site that didn't do anything to help others. These guys are great and I hope you all join up with their hosting.
